28 day “I’m possible” challenge

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Why not make it count by setting your goal for the next 28 days, and beyond?

By now, hopefully you’ve realised that Banting is more than weight loss. That is just a bonus. It is a lifestyle. A quality of life change. This involves health improvement, self-improvement, confidence and believing not that it is impossible, but rather I’m possible. You can achieve anything you set your mind to – so what will you achieve in these next 28 days?

Our aim for you, for these 28 days, is to help you set the intention to achieve your goals for the upcoming year.

We don’t believe in challenges. There is no point in doing something for a specific amount of time and then forgetting it as soon as it’s over. This is our non-challenge challenge. The tools that we give you in these 28 days will set you up for a year of greatness.

Repetition is the key to forming a habit and the best way to break a bad habit is to replace it with something good. Changing your mind-set can be difficult, if you think about how long it took you to get to this certain point. But, by being aware of what you want to change and observing your self-talk and behaviour around a certain habit, it will become easier to change it into something positive.

Choose to be self-loving, instead of self-berating and choose it every day, for the next 28 days, at least.

How the challenge works:

The 28 days will be divided into four weeks, each week having its own theme, with tasks and prizes pertaining to that theme.

Week 1: Goal setting and tips to break bad eating habits
Week 2: Lifestyle and self-awareness
Week 3: Nutrition and cooking
Week 4: Keeping a food diary and the importance of tracking meals
