Weekly Troubleshooting on Zoom: Join our Zoom meetings every Wednesday at 5 pm, hosted by Bridget Surtees and our experienced coaches. These sessions are designed for troubleshooting, Q&A, and providing insights into the week ahead. While incredibly valuable, attendance is not compulsory, as recordings are emailed the following day.
WhatsApp Support Group: Bridget, our coaches, and our tech support team actively participate in a WhatsApp group dedicated to guiding participants and addressing any questions or concerns. This valuable resource is available to you, but participation is optional.
Group Support: Unlike DIY courses, our structured program with fixed start and end dates ensures that everyone progresses together. Through the WhatsApp group and weekly Zoom sessions, you’ll find a supportive community that shares your goals, leading to unparalleled results.
Access: Prep week opens the week before the official course start date, with each new meal plan released weekly. Our support team will provide clear guidance on your next steps after signing up.
Time Commitment: Expect to dedicate around 2 hours per week for homework and meal preparation, depending on your cooking preferences.
