Before I started Banting, I was battling with my weight and eating to much carbs. Then I heard about Banting and decided to go that way by cutting out carbs completely. What happened next was I was amazed with the results after two months by losing 8kg and my cholesterol down from avg 4.7 to 3.6
And now I stick to the eating no carbs habit and my weight stay and the weight I want to be. My final comment on Banting is it work and thanks to the information about Banting the correct way to eat. I love my meat and couldn’t it the way I wanted to but I am enjoying it now. I feel much more energetic.
