This banting Cocoa is very easy to make. Who said you couldn’t have a delicious hot drink when banting?
YIELDS 2 Servings
3 tbsp good quality dark cocoa powder 200 ml water 250 ml cream 1 tsp vanilla extract a little xylitol for sweetness
In a small pot whisk together the water and the cocoa powder.
When it comes to the simmer, pour in the cream and vanilla and simmer to heat through.
Add a little xylitol if you like your cocoa sweet.
