Mariam’s Garlic, Mushroom and Mozzarella Pizza

Mariam's Mouth-watering Mushroom and Mozzarella Pizza. Serve it with a side salad and prepare to be transported to Italy. Bon appetit

Preparation time: 15 - 20 minutes

Cooking time: 10 - 15 minutes

Serves: 4


  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and make sure the xanthan gum is well mixed through
  2. Pour in your whisked egg and olive oil
  3. Combine everything together to form a ball of dough
  4. Roll it out between two pieces of baking paper to your desired thickness
  5. Peel the top layer of baking paper off and place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
  6. Once golden brown, brush with some melted garlic butter
  7. Top with sliced spring onion, fried mushroom and grated mozzarella cheese
  8. Place under the grill until the cheese is bubbling and golden
  9. Cut into pieces and serve with a side salad
