My purpose is to help you optimise your life by challenging traditional beliefs about healthy eating. As a Certified Banting Coach I draw on my own Banting experience and the resources of the Real Meal Revolution to help you on your personal weight loss journey.
While Banting you won’t need to count calories. You will simply learn to understand the negative impact of sugar and carbohydrates on the body. Once you realise there is nothing to sacrifice in the food choices you need to make for a heathier lifestyle, you will see why Banting has become the eating plan of choice across the globe.
In my group meetings you will work together with fellow Banters, helping each other to achieve your personal goals. Not only am I an avid supporter of the Real Meal Revolution and its founders, Prof. Noakes and Jonno Proudfoot, but 50% of any member fees I generate are donated back into the Noakes Foundation for continuing research into obesity and diabetes.
